Data collected

Identity and contact details.
Employment status, income, outgoings, project information.
Documents sent via secure link, bank details for repayment.
Technical data: security logs; audience measurement only with your consent.

Purposes and legal bases

Reviewing the application and performing the contract (pre-contractual measures), legal obligations (anti-money laundering, accounting), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security), consent (marketing, audience measurement).

Recipients

Authorised staff, lending partners or individual lenders (anonymised data until signature), payment institution, technical providers bound by contract (hosting, email). Never sold.

Retention

Application not taken forward: 6 months. Contract: 5 years after the relationship ends (anti-money-laundering obligations). Audience measurement: 13 months maximum.

Security

TLS encryption in transit, encrypted application archives (asymmetric encryption), access control, logging, backups.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to dpo@socialhelpcredit.com. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country.
