Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website www.socialhelpcredit.com, the calculator, the application forms, peer-to-peer matching and the client area.
No firm offer
The calculator and website information are indicative. Only a written, dated credit offer accepted under legal conditions binds the parties.
Currency conversions
Converted amounts use the European Central Bank reference rates and are indicative. The contract is drawn up in a single currency.
Peer-to-peer matching
Social Help Crédit acts as intermediary: verification of the parties, drafting the contract, managing flows through a licensed payment institution and monitoring repayments. It does not guarantee repayment of amounts lent.
Accurate information
Users provide accurate information. Any fraud leads to the application being refused and to the reports required by law.
Payments
Repayments are made by SEPA direct debit, card with strong authentication, wallets or bank transfer. No payment is ever requested before the funds are paid out.
Governing law
French law. In the event of a dispute, after a complaint and mediation, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
